POSITION PURPOSE :
Responsible for maintaining, setting up, cleanliness, and stocking Food & Beverage items in cafeteria.
Responsibilities :
- Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the Cafeteria.
- Prepares salad bar items.
- Sets up service stations.
- Visually inspects, selects all food served out of cafeteria.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Coordinate, prepare and deliver food to be served in the team member cafeteriaPrepare and cook food items according to designated recipes and quality standardsMaintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all timesStock and maintain par levels for designated food stationPractice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulationsPosition requires bending, continuous standing, pushing, pulling carrying & lifting up to 50 lbs.Ability to work standing up in a confined area for long periods of time in order to perform the essential functions.Good eye / hand coordination needed to use all kitchen equipment.Ability to stoop, grasp, lift and or carry or otherwise move or push goods on a hand cart weighing a maximum of 50 pounds.Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as neededMust be able to work weekends from 10 : 30am to 7pm
