California Licensed Primary Care Physician

A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote, virtual setting

Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician

Support patients post-discharge to improve understanding of treatment plans and reduce hospital readmissions

Required Qualifications

Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine

3+ years of post-residency work experience

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an in-person primary care setting

Active CA state medical license, IMLC preferred

Experience with virtual visits and prior experience with EPIC EMR
