• Great work / life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule with a 1 : 14 shared phone call rotation, with RN triage. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
• See a mix of well child and acute care visits in clinic. Opportunity to perform circumcisions, if desired.
• This is a full time position with a 36-hour patient contact time work expectation.
• This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available! Qualifications :
• Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Must be Board Eligible / Board Certified.
• 2-3 years of experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply!
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license by start.

• Guaranteed first year salary : $265,175

• Cascade Valley Hospital is a licensed 48-bed facility with a Level IV Trauma Center.
