Schedule Mid 3x12-Hour shifts (15 : 00 - 03 : 00) with every other weekend coverage required. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ER Registered Nurse with a strong background in emergency care, able to handle a patient ratio of 1 : 5-6. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Responsibilities Provide emergency care to patients across various age groups, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Perform interventions for patients with multisystem organ dysfunction / failure and administer emergency medications. Manage and interpret dysrhythmias, including obtaining 12 lead EKGs / Ekg. Administer blood products and ensure proper central line care and management. Start and maintain IV lines, including the administration of continuous IV sedation and paralytics. Monitor patients under procedural sedation. Apply splints and manage orthopedic injuries as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in a general emergency department, combined adult / pediatrics. Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS are required.
