Job Summary : As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct, high-quality nursing care to patients while adhering to established policies and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize medical-surgical nursing standards to enhance patient care and well-being.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families to tailor care plans according to unique needs.
• Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Address the physical, social, and emotional aspects of health challenges.
• Demonstrate the impact of illness on patients’ overall health and wellness.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and recovery.
• Support a positive work environment by mentoring colleagues and students.
• Apply evidence-based practices to deliver age-appropriate care.
• Maintain a safe working environment and be alert to potential hazards.
• Perform point of care testing as required.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
