Manager, ACO Performance

A company is looking for a Manager of ACO Performance.

Key Responsibilities

Own medical group performance towards targeted metrics and develop strategic action plans to close performance gaps

Analyze provider performance data to generate insights and identify opportunities for improvement

Build and maintain relationships with provider leadership and resolve performance challenges

Required Qualifications

Experience working in an ACO / managed care organization required

5-7 years of experience in a healthcare operations role

Recent experience managing medical group performance in value-based care

Demonstrated experience in using data to develop and launch initiatives

In-depth understanding of roles within a provider's office and ability to build stakeholder relationships
