Lead Cybersecurity Identity Engineer

Cox Automotive is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to become a vital part of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about designing, developing, and maintaining advanced identity governance solutions utilizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical abilities, a thorough understanding of IAM principles, and hands-on experience in integrating SailPoint with various enterprise applications.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions, including workflows, connectors, and custom rules to meet organizational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity issues while implementing scalable and secure IAM solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and application owners, to ensure IAM solutions align with business requirements.
• Apply best practices for identity governance, access control, and risk mitigation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Deliver high-quality code with comprehensive documentation, following change management and version control standards.
• Keep abreast of emerging IAM technologies, SailPoint updates, and security frameworks to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Customize and configure SailPoint components, such as connectors, workflows, rules, roles, policies, and certifications, to enhance functionality.
• Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory, databases, cloud platforms) to facilitate automated provisioning and deprovisioning.

Compensation :

Base salary ranges from $99,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year, with variations based on location and the candidate's qualifications. Additional compensation may include participation in an incentive program.
