Overview :
Our client, a reputable company, is seeking a dedicated professional to manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as web inquiries, to verify insurance details and cancel Auto CPI according to procedures and lender requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage incoming calls from borrowers, agents, and lenders with professionalism.
Accurately document loan histories and verify insurance information for all Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI) product types and cancellations.
Follow up and resolve customer issues effectively.
Address Level 3 inbox emails from borrowers to rectify outstanding issues.
Meet and exceed quality audits and metrics.
Review insurance policies for compliance and lender requirements, and cancel vehicle CPI policies while maintaining quality to minimize premium loss.
Qualifications :
High school diploma required.
Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
Professional interaction with employees, peers, and customers.
Ability to answer questions, correct errors, and resolve discrepancies.
