Implementation Specialist – Robotics Deployment Atlanta, GA (50% Remote) | Long-Term, On-Going At iSphere, we’ve spent 25 years proving that you can be professional and have a personality, and this role is a perfect example. We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist who’s equal parts tech-savvy, people-friendly, and ready to roll up their sleeves to help deploy real-world robotics across a growing client base. If you enjoy a job where no two days look the same and where you might be troubleshooting WiFi in a warehouse at 9am and walking a facility manager through robot calibration at 2pm, you’ll fit right in with our team. What You’ll Be Doing Rolling Out Robots (Literally) You’ll lead onsite deployments, make sure each location is wired, connected, and ready, and keep things running smoothly from arrival to launch. Think of yourself as the person who ensures the robot actually works in the real world; not just in a glossy brochure. Being the Calm in the Storm Facility teams will lean on you. Vendors will call you. Internal teams will depend on you. You’ll keep everyone aligned, supported, and informed without breaking a sweat. Making the Tech Behave You’ll run WiFi tests, validate site conditions, help configure and calibrate the robots, and troubleshoot whatever comes up. If anything gets cranky, you’ll document it, escalate it, and make sure the next deployment is even better. Guiding People Through New Technology Robotics can be intimidating for some teams. You’ll translate the tech into everyday language, help staff understand how everything works, and make sure they feel confident once you head out. Improving the Playbook After each deployment, you’ll capture lessons learned, site quirks, success stories, and the occasional “you won’t believe this happened” moment, all to strengthen the overall program. What You Bring Experience in field implementation, deployment, operations support, or anything similar that proves you can handle tech in the wild Comfort assessing WiFi / network strength and spotting issues before they become headaches Strong communication skills; you can talk to technicians, managers, and executives without changing who you are A proactive approach combined with solid troubleshooting instincts Experience with tools like Smartsheet, SharePoint, or Asana Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills The ability to juggle multiple deployments without losing your sense of humor Why People Love Working With iSphere Because we take work seriously, but not ourselves. Because we build teams that actually enjoy showing up every day. Because we don’t write job descriptions that read like legal documents. And because when we partner with someone, we invest in their long-term success. If you want to join a team that values real humans, not buzzwords and work with robotics that actually make a difference, we’d love to talk.
