Job descriptionOwn month-end close for multiple business units, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year. Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital project tracking. Assist with external audits and internal reporting requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help standardize processes. CPA required with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or next-tier firm preferred). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. Experience drafting SOPs and improving processes. Exposure to FP&A or operational finance is a plus. Competitive PTO and paid parental leave. 401(k) with company match (including Roth option).
