General Manager, Mobility

A company is looking for a General Manager - Mobility.

Key Responsibilities

Generate revenue by building and closing a robust pipeline for Air Mobility and leading capture efforts

Shape customer requirements by engaging with stakeholders and collaborating with senior leadership on program strategies

Own and manage P&L for the business, ensuring consistent revenue growth and overseeing financials and risk management

Required Qualifications

Proven track record of owning and managing P&L ($50M+) in defense, aerospace, or high-tech environments

Demonstrated success generating $100M+ in contract awards or revenue growth with DoD customers

Deep understanding of Air Mobility Command mission sets and acquisition processes

Experience in business development and customer engagement with senior military leaders

Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
