Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Department as a Help Desk Support Intern supporting our Broken Arrow operations. Our work environments are clean, climate controlled and safe. Arrowhead Winch can accommodate part-time or full-time working hours based upon college class schedule. This is an on-site internship and hours must be completed during normal business hours. This is a long term internship opportunity starting immediately supporting our Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Manufacturing facility.
Overview - We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring that all IT related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of various operating systems, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment.
