Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Facility Manager

Waste Connections is hiring a Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety programs of our RNG production facility in White Plains, KY. This leadership role is essential to ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient production and distribution of renewable natural gas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, hands-on experience, and a passion for sustainability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations to ensure consistent RNG production and distribution.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance and repair programs for equipment and infrastructure.
• Implement operational procedures and management of change (MOC) protocols to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to maintain smooth operations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor facility staff in technical operations and safety compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards, ensure regulatory compliance, and assess maintenance needs.
• Prepare and submit routine and ad hoc operational reports.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and lead corrective actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
