Assignment Duration : Ongoing Position Overview : Facility is a Level I Trauma Center with high-acuity cases, is seeking three full-time CRNAs to join their team. The role involves providing anesthesia services primarily in the Main OR, Same Day Outpatient Center, and Off-Site Anesthesia, with no on-call duties required. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-paced environment, providing care for a variety of cases in a medical direction model with attending anesthesiologists. Responsibilities :

• Schedule :
• Monday-Friday with 10-hour and 12-hour shifts only.
• No 8-hour shifts available at this time.
• Estimated Shifts / Month : 16-20.
• No on-call duties.
• Typical Day :
• Working in the Main OR, Same Day Outpatient Center, and Off-Site Anesthesia.
• Providing anesthesia for a wide range of cases, including spine procedures, thoracic, complex ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastics, urology, vascular, neurosurgery, craniotomy, general surgery, and ENT.
• The facility runs an average of 26 anesthesia sites, including an in-house ASC, GI unit, and off-site anesthesia.
• Case Load :
• Average of 14,000 cases annually.
• Specialty Cases : High-acuity trauma cases, burn center cases (though locums do not handle these), complex neuro, complex vascular, thoracic, and robotics.
• No cardiac cases; healthy pediatric cases are included but no complex pediatric cases.
• EMR System : Cerner.
