Corporate Recruiter Addison Office Location

The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process. This position collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a professional and compliant hiring process. Requirements include :

• B.S. in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
• At least 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a multi-location or operational environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience in the Aviation industry highly preferred.
