Job descriptionValid Occupational Therapist Registered license. Prior experience in a long-term care setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and teams. Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute to a team environment. Competitive pay rate of $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, based on experience. Bi-weekly pay for your convenience. Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Description of the role :
Join our compassionate team at Springs Village Care Center as a dedicated part-time Occupational Therapist. You will deliver outstanding occupational therapy services to enhance the quality of life for our residents in Colorado Springs, CO.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of residents' conditions.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Monitor and document residents' progress effectively.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals for optimal care.
