Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An elementary school is seeking a Special Education Teacher with a Severe and Profound License to support students with significant disabilities. This contract position is available for the current school year and requires dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with severe and profound disabilities
• Provide specialized instruction tailored to the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, counselors, and families, to support students educational and social development
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as necessary
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal regulations
