D irector of Digital Sales Location : Remote in the United States or Canada | Reporting To : Executive Leadership Industry : Technology, Digital Design, Creative, AI | Employees : 100 Responsibilities :
- Driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies
- Identifying / securing new client relationships with an emphasis on the technology industry
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients through research, networking, and strategic outreach
- Collaborating with executive leadership on sales planning, forecasts, and opportunity alignment
- Leading proposal development, pitches, and presentations to close new business deals
- Managing end-to-end sales operations, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing
- Overseeing CRM systems and reporting on sales performance and KPIs
- Analyzing industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategy
- Representing the team in internal sales meetings and client-facing activities
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project transitions and client satisfaction
Requirements :
Proven experience in a senior sales role within a global digital agency or creative technology firmHands-on, outbound sales leader that knows the technology industry very wellTrack record of successfully closing deals and hitting revenue targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsFluency in CRM tools and sales pipeline managementIn-depth understanding of digital creative services, including digital strategy, web and mobile development, design (UX, UI) and immersive experiencesAbility to analyze market data and apply insights to business developmentSelf-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentActive involvement in industry engagement and brand promotion through digital channelsBenefits :
