Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Carries supplies & equipment from central receiving area & auxiliary storerooms to bar area.
  • Fills ice bins.
  • Ensure the bar is stocked with beer, wine, liquor, and juices as needed.
  • Ensure bar is stocked with freshly cut fruit with backup garnishes available.
  • Works on golf course (coolers).
  • Assists bartender in any capacity with exception of pouring drinks.
  • Communicate with bartender(s) on daily basis to ensure they are set up properly for service.
  • Washes & dries glassware, utensils & equipment.
  • Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Sweeps and mops floor areas if necessary.
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned by Beverage Manager, Clubhouse Manager, and / or General Manager

    • Compensation and Benefits :

    Base pay starting at $15 / hr + gratuity

    Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
