Highlights

Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife to provide weekday OB Triage services Community Hospital South, located on the south side of Indianapolis, IN. Experience as a provider in Ob / Gyn clinic and / or Labor & Delivery setting(s) is strongly preferred.

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE), Monday-Friday
