What Role Will You Play?

We are looking for experienced management consultants to join our new Denver office who bring :

• 10+ years of management consulting experience from top-tier / Big 4 consulting firms
• Well-rounded skills that relate to Jabian\'s service areas
• Strong client delivery and solutioning skills through a strategy and operations lens
• Diverse industry skills and / or willingness to apply skills outside area of industry expertise
• Experience building strong delivery teams and serving as client account leader
• Demonstrated success in building, maintaining and actively nurturing personal and professional networks that led to business development growth
• Personal and / or professional network in Denver due to living in the area, as well as serving clients in the Denver area
• Interest in contributing to the local community and building Jabian\'s brand
• An entrepreneurial spirit to navigate and steer their own career journey at Jabian

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary range for this position is $135,000 – $225,000+, based on experience and qualifications. The competitive annual bonus range is $8,000 – $30,000+, also based on experience and performance. Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; short-term and long-term disability; life insurance; health and wellness budget; parental leave; 401(k); paid holidays, and PTO. Compensation decisions reflect both individual and organizational performance, and actual compensation may vary within the range based on each candidate\'s unique qualifications.
