Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to join a Digital Banking Support & Operations Team. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and user requirements to design and improve application systems Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions for data processing and workflow efficiency Coordinate with users and vendors to support software release installations and system updates Required Qualifications Experience in a customer-facing support or operations role within a banking environment Understanding of common issues encountered by application support teams Basic Excel reporting skills Knowledge of money movement systems (ACH, wires, real-time payments) is preferred Familiarity with APIs and SQL is preferred
