Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead to drive our data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS Glue , AWS Lambda , and DBT , and will be responsible for leading technical teams, architecting scalable data solutions, and driving transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of data pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, and DBT.
• Architect scalable and secure data solutions in a cloud-native environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of best practices in data engineering, DevOps, and cloud architecture.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of data systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Champion change management and lead initiatives that improve data quality, accessibility, and governance.
