Heat Pump HVAC Lead Installer

DeRice Energy is looking for a lead installer to build and service heat pump HVAC systems on residential and light commercial projects. We focus on VRF and hybrid type systems. Must have the ability to use a Windows computer to commission, start up, maintain and service Samsung and Mitsubishi systems. Sprinter van fully fitted out, laptop, and tablet comes with the position.

Responsibilities

Our lead installers run project installations, manage subcontractors, and pursue best installation practices, not the easiest / simplest ones. Provide high quality work with attention to detail.

Qualifications

5 years heat pump / HVAC installation experience

EPA Refrigerant Certification of Federal License

Clean Driver's License

Competent with laptop / tablet for daily work tasks.

VRF experience preferred

Controls knowledge preferred

Able & willing to learn new equipment & technologies

Electrical license a plus

Oil license a plus

Gas license a plus
