Freshly Printed : The Role You Have Been Looking For

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in the operation of our print jobs. The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between customers, sales staff and production employees. You will create and finalize all details of print jobs in our planning software, efficiently entering jobs into production, and ensuring that tickets are promptly updated based on customer input or changes. It will be your mission to keep our customers, sales staff, and production team satisfied and well-informed throughout the printing operations.

From Setup to Finish : Your Role in the Process

  • Create and finalize print jobs, as well as update tickets accurately based on customer interactions
  • Act as a coordinator between customers, sales staff, and production employees to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality in all aspects of the job
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and support
  • Use Microsoft Office and other tools to support communication and documentation tasks

The Fine Print : What You Need to Succeed

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Active listening and conflict-resolution skills to handle customer concerns or complaints
  • Must be quality-minded and detail-oriented
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Preferred candidate will have print experience
  • Your Production Schedule :

  • 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM; Monday - Friday
