A diversified holding company of a private investment group is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to join its high-performing Accounting team. This organization manages a broad portfolio of operating businesses and investment vehicles across multiple industries and geographies. Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and accruals with proper supporting documentation.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and detailed variance analysis across multiple entities.
• Manage intercompany activity and ensure accuracy of consolidated financial results.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, UK GAAP, and IFRS, supporting high-quality internal and external financial reporting.
• Partner with teams across finance, operations, and systems to deliver reporting and forecasting outputs.
• Drive process improvements, including automation initiatives and ERP enhancements.
• Research and resolve complex technical accounting issues, providing clear guidance to internal stakeholders.
