DIS is currently seeking a Clinical Pathologist who will be responsible for assisting Veterans with veteran care.

April 1, 2024 March 31, 2025 (Base Year)

Option to Extend : Up to 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite pathology and laboratory services to VA beneficiaries.
• Supervise and educate health profession trainees.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in VA electronic health records.
• Adhere to HIPAA, VA privacy, and infection control standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Current, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.

Board Certification by the American Board of Pathology.

Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Completion of VA-mandated training and credentialing prior to start.

U.S. citizenship and compliance with all federal employment eligibility requirements.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM

40 hours per week, including federal holidays
