Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the managed account or wealth advisory industry, with a proven track record in developing advanced tax solutions. A background in a large-scale wealth management platform or RIA aggregator is required, along with familiarity with tax-aware portfolio construction tools and direct indexing platforms. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
