Senior Designer Nutritional Beverage

International Flavors and Fragrances, Inc. seeks Senior Designer, Nutritional Beverage in South Brunswick, NJ, to support the development of nutritional beverage projects in North America providing technical support in person when necessary and also virtually. Requirements : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Biochemistry, Food Science or a related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation : utilizing experience with ingredients including hydrocolloids, protein, cellulosics, emulsifiers, and sweeteners used to create food products or beverages acceptable and enjoyable by consumers; utilizing experience with hydrocolloids, proteins, and flavor applications for food products or beverage development; and mentoring junior staff on food product development; utilizing experience with formulation and product development; utilizing experience with Food Processing Techniques including food thermal treatments; and utilizing knowledge of the chemical and functional properties of food ingredients to support product development. 10-20% travel required nationally and internationally.
