Scrum Master With Banking Experience, Hybrid- W2 Contract Role

TEKsystems is working with a client of ours in search of a Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master (10+ years of overall experience within project management or scrum master duties). Ideal candidate would have good experience working within the financial services space, this is a long term W2 contract opportunity. Candidates must be able to work 2-3x a week onsite. • Lead the coordination of delivery from planning through to execution across multiple teams
• Create roadmaps and schedules, and communicates on a regular cadence with key stakeholders
• Manage dependencies and risk for the teams
• Manage the communications across the teams and to ensure that information is flowing up and down at the appropriate time
• Monitor for impediments that arise
• Plan and oversee product initiatives from inception to implementation while ensuring necessary functionality and flexibility aligned with the company's long term objectives.
• Orchestrate workflows across teams and complex portfolios in a matrixed operating model.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00 / hr.
