Job Description

The Senior Associate will play a key role in supporting investment banking and restructuring engagements. This role involves advanced financial modeling, industry research, preparing client deliverables, and assisting in transaction execution. The position requires strong analytical abilities, proficiency with financial tools, and the ability to interact directly with clients and firm leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced industry and client research to support engagements.
• Prepare client deliverables including marketing pitches, management presentations, Confidential Information Memorandums, and teasers.
• Compile and review due diligence files.
• Research and solicit prospective investors / buyers for investment banking transactions.
• Develop and review valuations and financial models.
• Build and edit customized financial models and analyses.
• Identify and screen comparable companies and transactions.
• Review assumptions for discounted cash flow and cost of capital.
• Conduct liquidation and debt capacity analyses.
