Your Responsibilities :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your role is crucial in maintaining the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your daily duties will include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to implement effective care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as per healthcare professionals' orders
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, noting any significant changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and manage individual care plans
• Provide wound care and essential nursing interventions as required
• Supervise and guide Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
• Adhere strictly to all regulatory standards and protocols
