Requirements

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.

Board-certified or board eligible in OBGYN.

Licensure to practice medicine in the State of Missouri and be in good standing.

Drug licensed including DEA and BNDD numbers.

Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment including Medicare UPIN number.

2 Years? Work experience and strong desire to work in urban community health setting preferred.
