Key Responsibilities- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.- Manage one project at a time as the Lead Superintendent, reporting directly to the Project Manager based at the Tulsa office.- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.- Manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure timely delivery of work.- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and team members.- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards.- Resolve on-site challenges and adapt plans to maintain project momentum.- Implement and enforce safety protocols, maintaining compliance with OSHA standards.- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Qualifications- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (experience with ministry facilities is a plus).- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety standards.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with construction management software.- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Work Schedule- Full-time position with travel requirements. Work Location- Based on project assignments, travel is required. The office base is in Tulsa, Oklahoma.- Travel across the , with durations ranging from 12 to 20 months per project.- Housing accommodations will be provided in fully furnished homes or apartments; employees are only responsible for groceries.- Family members are welcome to travel alongside if needed.
