Job Description :
- This position resides within the Enterprise Change Office (ECO) group, as a strategic governance body that works to align, aggregate, assess and ensure sustainable enterprise change.
- This position performs complex data analysis to identify factors that affect business profitability, growth, and efficiency.
- Assesses a wide scope of business practices, information, and industry trends.
- Determines improvements or solutions to address identified issues.
- Prepares technical reports by examining and summarizing data, and creates specifications to support business initiatives.
- May oversee the work of less experienced analysts or assist in special projects as needed.
Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive analysis of the portfolio, assessing performance, risks, and opportunities.Oversee resource allocation across the portfolio, ensuring optimal use of human, financial, and technological resources.Analyze current resource capacity and forecast future resource needs to support portfolio initiatives.Identify and analyze risks associated with the portfolio, developing strategies to mitigate potential issues.Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights into portfolio health and resource utilization.Provide operational support for business operations by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and working to improve team practices.Assists in streamlining daily workflow for overall unit, resolving escalated matters where possible.Implements recommended modifications and enhancements.May serve as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units.Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting -OR- High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or ReportingAdditional Required Qualifications :
Experience in Capacity Management (i.e., resource allocation, resource utilization, project prioritization)Practical experience in Portfolio Management or Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)Strong experience with Project Management Tools (i.e., Clarity preferred and / or Planview)Intermediate Experience with Tableau or a Similar BI tool (i.e., Power BI)Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize,e and interpret trendsStrong communication skillsStrong skills in Microsoft SuitePreferred :
6+ years practical experience in Portfolio Management or Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)Bachelor's DegreeBanking experience and maturing a portfolio management functionBenefits :
