We're looking for a Patient Access Representative to join our dynamic inbound appointing and messaging center. This is a remote opportunity for candidates residing in Washington or Idaho. Must be within 60 miles of Renton, Spokane, Capitol Hill, Bellevue, or Tacoma.

What You'll Do

• Scheduling appointments and managing provider templates in EPIC
• Answering inbound calls and routing messages to care teams
• Processing referrals and verifying patient demographics and insurance coverage
• Maintaining accurate appointment schedules and supporting specialty care services

Pay and Benefits
