We are hiring Hematology / Oncology Physician for an ongoing locum assignment in Michigan!
Job details :
- Start Date : ASAP
- Shift : Clinic 8a-5p
- Shifts Per Month : Full Time - 5 days per week. But we can accommodate part time (partial weeks or some weeks on / some weeks off)
- On Call Requirements : Rotation with 6 other physicians
- Call Ratio : 1 : 5
- Dates of Coverage : As soon as credentialed 10 months
- Practice Setting : Hospital-based cancer center. Outpatient services
- Patient Population for Required Coverage : Adult, Geriatric
- Percentage of Practice : Assume 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology
- APPs Provide Coverage : 10
- Average Number of Outpatient Per Day : 10-15
- Average Number of Hospital Patients Per Day : 15
- Documentation System / EMR : Epic
- Procedures Required :
- Chemotherapy - Intrathecal
- Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrplueral / Peritoneal
- FNA / Biopsy
- Mgmt. of VAD / CV Catheters
- Duties : Participation on a Tumor Board, Orders Test, Orders Images & Prescribes
