As a field training supervisor in our evergreen industry, you will have the chance to define how our brand connects professional development with our employees. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
As a field training supervisor, you will :
Develop and support training initiatives of multiple locations and departments with individualized entry level curriculum for training plans from day one up to one year and beyond.
Collaborate across the organization and directly with Subject Matter Experts to design, write, develop, manage, facilitate, and deliver learning and development projects for various individuals.
Design, modify, deliver, and maintain specified curriculum in varied settings including virtually, in-person and online as well as jobsites and OJT (on-the-job training) applications.
Develop curriculum to match company objectives and align with certifications and accreditations requirements when needed.
Drive continuous improvement regarding all aspects of training, learning, and development.
Administer programs maintenance including scheduling, tracking, and reporting to department managers.
Identify knowledge and development gaps based on input from field visits, stakeholders and peer data and feedback.
Determine training programs’ effectiveness and recommend solutions for improvement.
Develop incentivized program for compensation increases based on engaged learning and technical checkpoints.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Must Haves :
3+ years hands-on experience in a formal learning environment (required)
Demonstrate expert level skills with in-person and online curriculum development and facilitation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, learning management system(s).
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspond with multiple department managers across locations.
Valid driver's license (required)
Nice to Haves :
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business or Administration (preferred)
Completion of Educator Preparation Program (preferred, not required)
State Educator License (preferred, not required)
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to lead company meetings and convey consistent messaging to multiple groups.
Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solving skills, self-motivation, creativity, and professionalism.
High degree of integrity and accountability.
