American Traveler is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health position with OASIS and HCHB EMR experience and flexible territory coverage.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Home health setting serving geriatric patients
  • Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day, to be confirmed during interview
  • Provides care within a 60-mile radius from the home office, including Valencia County and the East Mountains
  • Day shift, Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 to 17 : 00, with on-call responsibility every 3rd to 4th weekend
  • Documentation performed using HCHB EMR system
  • iPad provided for documentation; no cell phones permitted for work use
  • Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
  • Responsibilities include providing physical therapy services, completing timely documentation, and maintaining effective communication with the care team
  • First-time travelers are accepted for this position
  • Dress code requires scrubs (any color); jeans are not permitted
  • Locals are accepted at the travel rate
  • Orientation and support provided to familiarize with territory and systems

  • Minimum of 1 year recent home health physical therapy experience required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Must have experience with OASIS documentation
  • HCHB EMR experience required
  • License required if applicable
  • Candidate must be flexible regarding territory coverage
