Job Title : Radiologic Technologist

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL

Shift : Night Shift

  • Typical Schedule : 3 : 30 PM - 2 : 00 AM, Monday - Friday (4 days / week)
  • Alternate FT Option : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM (flexible days)
  • Pay Rate : $28.00 - $30.00 / hour

On-Call Requirements : None

Weekend Requirements : Based on case load; may qualify as overtime

Job Summary :

We are currently hiring a Radiologic Technologist in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a mobile imaging role that delivers X-ray and EKG (if applicable) services to patients in various settings including skilled nursing facilities, correctional institutions, and private homes. This is a night shift role with some flexibility in scheduling. Ideal candidates are self-sufficient, technically skilled, and committed to patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform and process diagnostic X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
  • Transmit completed images to Radiologists for interpretation.
  • Deliver and set up imaging equipment at patient locations.
  • Conduct EKGs (if required) and transmit results to Cardiologists.
  • Complete and submit paperwork and billing documents daily in accordance with protocol.
  • Communicate regularly with dispatchers and managers.
  • Interact professionally and compassionately with patients and facility staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of assigned vehicle and imaging equipment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid Florida Radiologic Technologist license.
  • ARRT Certification (or eligibility).
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently during evening and night hours.
