Job Title : Radiologic Technologist
Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL
Shift : Night Shift
- Typical Schedule : 3 : 30 PM - 2 : 00 AM, Monday - Friday (4 days / week)
- Alternate FT Option : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM (flexible days)
- Pay Rate : $28.00 - $30.00 / hour
On-Call Requirements : None
Weekend Requirements : Based on case load; may qualify as overtime
Job Summary :
We are currently hiring a Radiologic Technologist in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a mobile imaging role that delivers X-ray and EKG (if applicable) services to patients in various settings including skilled nursing facilities, correctional institutions, and private homes. This is a night shift role with some flexibility in scheduling. Ideal candidates are self-sufficient, technically skilled, and committed to patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform and process diagnostic X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.Transmit completed images to Radiologists for interpretation.Deliver and set up imaging equipment at patient locations.Conduct EKGs (if required) and transmit results to Cardiologists.Complete and submit paperwork and billing documents daily in accordance with protocol.Communicate regularly with dispatchers and managers.Interact professionally and compassionately with patients and facility staff.Maintain cleanliness and functionality of assigned vehicle and imaging equipment.Qualifications :
Valid Florida Radiologic Technologist license.ARRT Certification (or eligibility).Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.Able to work independently during evening and night hours.Benefits :
