What You'll Do :
- Manage day-to-day operations across a region of 20-25 commercial pool facilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (HOAs, community managers, clubs, etc.)
- Oversee preseason planning, ongoing staffing updates, and in-season performance check-ins
- Partner with our repair and renovation team to ensure client needs are identified and addressed
- Partner with a Regional Personnel Manager to ensure facility is staffed and trained for in-season operations
- Complete annual facility assessments and support basic sales follow-up for repair opportunities
- Lead teams of seasonal openers, supervisors, and pool staff to deliver safe, clean, high-performing operations
- Coordinate scheduling and coverage with the Regional Personnel Manager
- Maintain accurate records, manage chemical budgets, and uphold compliance and safety standards
What You'll Do (Training - 3 months) :
Shadow and support the Sr. Director of OperationsLearn our operating model, client expectations, and quality standards through real-world experienceRotate through multiple regional teams to develop best practices and build confidence in the fieldAssist with preseason planning, mid-season operations, and postseason wrap-upGain foundational skills in communication, personnel oversight, budgeting, and technical operationsWhat We're Looking For :
1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, hospitality, or team leadershipStrong communication and organizational skills-you enjoy being the go-to person and keeping things movingA proactive, problem-solving mindset-you don't wait for permission to fix a problemComfort working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment (especially outdoors during summer months)Willingness to get certified (or already hold certification) in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR / AEDBonus points for experience in aquatics, recreation, or facilities-but not requiredDesire to grow into a long-term leadership role with increased responsibilityCPO (certified pool operator) certification within first 8 months of hireWhat's in It for You?
