Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (culinary degree preferred)

Proven ability to lead on- and off-premise events of varying size and complexity

Versatility across different work environments

A solution-oriented approach to challenges

Strong guest-first mindset

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to direct and successfully lead a team
