MUST HAVE 18 months of PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel

MUST HAVE 18 months of recent Cardiac Stepdown experience

MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND AHA BLS ACLS NIH required
