Responsibilities :

Provide outstanding customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with team members for excellent service.
Meet and exceed sales and operational expectations.
Maintain individual productivity and personal goals.
Engage with every customer by asking open-ended questions to identify their needs.
Learn about and share expertise on products and trends that cater to customer preferences.
Stay informed about product knowledge, current trends, and upcoming releases.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications :

0-3 years of retail experience.

Confident and comfortable in engaging customers to provide an elevated experience.

Highly motivated to achieve excellent results through interactions with customers and athletic products.

Proactive and capable of completing tasks without direct supervision.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
