Homecare Nurses Needed for Day Shifts- Monday-Friday; 7am-7pm in Chicago, IL 60618

Responsibilities

1 on 1 Patient Care.

Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.

Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.

Assist patient in daily activities.

Take and record vitals.

Provide caregiver relief.

Requirements

ACTIVE IL REGISTERED NURSING LICENSE

Current CPR Certification

Prior Experience with G-tube & TPN-PICC line cares
