About the hospital : Emergency Animal Hospital of Ellicott City (ECEAH) in Ellicott City MD (30 minutes outside of Baltimore and 1 hour outside of Washington D.C.) is open to veterinary externs. ECEAH is one of the oldest emergency animal hospitals in the really sets ECEAH apart is our people and our culture.
