Urologist (Nashville)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Urologist to join our dynamic team at Nashville General Hospital (NGH) . The Urologist will provide expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with a wide range of urological conditions. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care, perform surgical procedures, and engage in clinical research.

We are Nashvilles original community - based hospital. Joint Commission accredited, NGH readily accommodates a wide range of needs from emergency services and acute care to ancillary and ambulatory services. NGH continues to maintain its strong commitment to the healthcare needs of Nashville and Davidson County underserved, while also providing care to all segments of the community

Responsibilities : Patient Care :

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with urological conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
• Perform urological procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques.
• Interpret diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds, CT scans, and urodynamic studies.
• Manage chronic urological conditions, including prostate cancer, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education on self-care and recovery.
