ABOUT THE ROLE

The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities to achieve the highest level of quality, safety and effectiveness to maximize equipment availability of plant equipment at the lowest optimum sustainable maintenance cost in compliance with H&S as well as environmental rules and regulations. This position is based out of our Portland Plant.

• Follow the rules and regulations defined by the company as well as legal requirements : support the elaboration of safety standards for their area, control releases and follow all environmental regulations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

\n

Education : High school diploma or equivalent or years of equivalent experience

\n

Additional Education Preferred : Bachelor's degree

\n

Field of Study Preferred : Industrial Maintenance

\n

Required Work Experience : 3 - 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or cement industry experience
