Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Saint Helens, Oregon.

Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state / federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.\nResponsibilities : \n

\tEvaluate and treat patients per physician orders / referrals\n

\tDevelop and update individualized treatment / discharge plans\n

\tDocument services accurately and timely\n

\tSupervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies\n

\tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families\n

\tMaintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards\nQualifications : \n

\tGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT / OTD)\n

\tActive state OT license (or ability to obtain)\n

\tStrong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
