Key Responsibilities

Create new recruiting strategies

Manage a recruiting pipeline of candidates and conduct interviews

Translate recruiting material and initiate onboarding

Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience as a recruiter

Fluency in English and Spanish

Experience in high-volume recruiting

Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases

Must provide your own laptop and webcam
